Creator sourcing and campaign measurement, done for you

Find the right creators. Then count every post right.

Before a campaign, we find creators who fit your brief and vet each one on what their posts actually do. During and after it, we track every Instagram and TikTok post in every market, refreshed daily in your own Google Sheet.

01 / Who it is for

For the people who still own the spreadsheet.

Agencies, 5 to 50 people

Founders and heads of influencer

You run campaigns for several clients. You spend days finding creators, then more days reporting on them. The numbers have to hold up when a client asks where they came from.

Brands, several markets

Marketing leads running campaigns across countries

One campaign, many markets, many creators. Finding the right local creators takes days. So does getting one clean view of what they did, without chasing every local team for screenshots.

Kounted is a specialist service run by a person, not a software product. You do not get another login. You get vetted creators and checked numbers.

02 / The problem

Finding creators and reporting on them both eat the week.

  1. Creators picked on follower count.

Shortlists get built by scrolling profiles for days. A follower count says little about what a creator's posts actually do today.

  2. Numbers frozen on the day someone checked.

A manual report records each post once. Views that arrive in week two or three never make it into the report, so creators look weaker than they were.

  3. Saves and shares stay hidden.

On Instagram those numbers sit in each creator's own insights. Asking 40 creators for screenshots takes days, and some never reply.

  4. Cross-posts get counted twice.

A collab Reel appears on two profiles. Add both and the campaign looks bigger than it was, until someone checks.

  5. Platforms you only half use.

An annual contract, seats for the whole team, and a dashboard that someone exports to a spreadsheet anyway.

03 / Sourcing and vetting

We pick creators on what their posts do, not on follower count.

Send a brief with your niche, markets, platform, follower range and content style. We build a shortlist that matches it, then vet every name on real post data.

How we vet each creator

  1. Median views of the last 12 posts.

Pinned posts and posts under 7 days old are left out, so one old hit or a post still climbing does not skew it.

  2. Engagement rate measured on views.

Likes, comments, saves and shares divided by views. Not by followers, which most audiences never see.

  3. Posting consistency.

How often they post, and whether that has held over recent months.

  4. Engagement authenticity check.

It flags posts for review when the engagement shows patterns often seen with bought likes or views. A flag means a person looks closer. It is not a verdict.

  5. Niche and brand fit notes.

A short written note on each creator's content, tone and audience fit against your brief.

Sample data. Handles, markets and figures are invented. "Ask creator" marks audience data only the creator can share.

Checked against your list

We compare every candidate with your existing creator list, so you never pay for names you already have.

What only the creator can show

Audience demographics and story views are private. We mark them clearly and give you a ready-made request to send the creator, instead of guessing.

Public emails only

Contact details come only from emails a creator lists publicly.

One round of replacements

If a creator does not fit, we replace them once. The shortlist lands in your own Google Sheet.

04 / Measurement

Four things we measure that most reports miss.

01

Saves, shares and reposts for the whole roster.

We collect them for every creator on the campaign. Creators do not need to connect their accounts or authorize API access, so nobody is left out of the report.

Roster, sample dataCreator access needed: none
  • @nora.makes9,214 saves3,102 shares
  • @tidewalk2,870 saves611 shares
  • @ama.reads6,480 saves1,944 shares
  • + 35 more creators38 of 38 covered

02

Daily snapshots that show view velocity.

We snapshot every post every day. That shows how views build over time, and how many arrive after the first week.

That late tail is where creators are usually under-credited. A report taken at day 7 never sees it.

One Reel, cumulative views, sample dataDay 0 to 28
View velocity for one sample Reel Cumulative views rise from zero to 208,700 over 28 days. A one-time check at day 7 records 118,400. The remaining 90,300 views, 43 percent of the total, arrive after day 7. 0 50k 100k 150k 200k Day 0 7 14 21 28 Checked at day 7: 118,400 +90,300 after day 7 (43%) Day 28: 208,700
Daily snapshots One check at day 7 Views a day 7 report misses

03

Cross-posted Reels, counted once.

A collab Reel shows on the creator's profile and on the brand's. We match them and count the post once, so campaign totals are not inflated.

The written analysis

A plain-language read of the month. What worked, by market and by creator, and what to change next. Written by a person, not generated from a template.

Germany carried the month on saves, not views. Two creators earned most of their views after day 7 and were under-credited in the first-week report.

06 / An honest comparison

Where Kounted fits, and where it does not.

Most teams use one of two things today. Here is how they compare on finding creators and measuring what they did.

Comparison of manual spreadsheets, Kounted and enterprise platforms
Criterion Manual spreadsheets Kounted Enterprise platforms
Creator sourcing and vetting Hours of scrolling and guessing Yes. Shortlists vetted on real post data A database to search. Vetting is on you
Saves and shares for every creator Only if each creator sends screenshots Yes. No creator authorization needed Usually only for creators who connect their accounts
Daily history for each post No. One check per post Yes. Every post, every day Varies by platform and plan
Cross-posted Reels Easy to count twice Matched and counted once Depends on setup
Time from your team Hours every week Send a brief or links. Read the results Setup, training and upkeep
Where the data lives Your spreadsheet Your own Google Sheet Their dashboard
Contract None Month to month. No seats Usually annual, priced per seat
Creator CRM and payments No No. We do not do these Yes

Need a creator CRM or payments? Use an enterprise platform for those. Kounted runs alongside it and handles sourcing, vetting and measurement.

07 / Pricing

Quoted per client. No tiers, no seats.

How a quote is built

Markets and posts tracked for measurement. The number of creators for sourcing.

Those are the only things that change the work, so they are all a quote is based on. Either free offer below is the fastest way to get one.

09 / Questions

Short answers.

Do you only use public data?

Yes, for both sourcing and measurement. We never ask for passwords, and creators do not need to grant access or install anything. Anything only a creator can see, such as audience demographics, we mark clearly and leave for the creator to share.

Which platforms do you cover?

Instagram and TikTok. On Instagram that means feed posts, carousels and Reels. If you run campaigns somewhere else, ask. We will tell you plainly if we cannot cover it.

How do you find creators?

We start from your brief. We search by niche, by market and through accounts similar to ones that fit, then vet each candidate on public post data.

Can you check creators we already found?

Yes. Send the handles and we vet them the same way, on median views, engagement on views, consistency, the authenticity check and fit.

Where do creator emails come from?

Only from what creators publish themselves, such as the email in their profile. We do not buy or guess contact details.

How is the Google Sheet shared?

The Sheet sits in your Google account and you add us as an editor. You own it, you decide who sees it, and it stays with you if we stop working together.

How is an engagement scoped?

For measurement, by the number of markets you run in and the number of posts you track. For sourcing, by the number of creators you need. We usually quote after a free audit or shortlist, in writing. There are no tiers and no seats.

What are the contract terms?

Month to month. No annual contract and no seat licences. If you stop, you keep the Sheet and its full history.

Do you replace our influencer platform?

Partly. We do creator sourcing, vetting and measurement. We do not run a creator CRM or payments. If you need those, keep your platform for them and use Kounted alongside it.
